Take a bowl of corn flakes.Add a cup of cold milk to it.Add some raisins ,dry fruits,slices of fresh fruits like apple and Banana.
Skimmed milk can also be used instead of creamy one.

Oats porridge
A cup of boiled milk is taken in cooking pan.Add a cup of rolled out oats and cook for three minutes.
Add salt and pepper for taste.

Saffola has introduced Masala Oats.It comes in two flavors 1)Masala and Corainder 2)Curry and Pepper.Each Packet costs 15 Rs.
Add Oats and taste maker to boiling water in cooking pan.Cook for three minutes.

Broken wheat upma(Samba wheat)
Wash one cup of broken wheat. Add two table spoons of oil in cooking pan.Take a pinch of mustard to hot oil.Allow mustard to explode and make crackling sound.
Add some bengal gram,chopped onions and tomatoes .Cook for two minutes.Add three cups of water and one cup of broken wheat.Add salt
and vegetables like green peas,carrot( optional).
Cook for ten minutes with occasional stir.
Broken Wheat has rich in protein,nutrients and fiber like whole wheat.
